Event Security
Purpose-built security for private, corporate, and high-profile events.
Events concentrate risk into a few hours: a known location, a published time, a crowd, and guests whose presence may itself be the draw. Planning is what separates an event that feels relaxed from one that feels guarded.
What it covers
- Venue assessment and security plan before the date
- Access control, guest screening, and credential verification
- Crowd management and queue design
- Principal and VIP movement, including arrival and departure
- Coordination with venue staff, caterers, and production crews
- Medical and emergency procedures specific to the event
- Post-event debrief
How an engagement begins
Give us the venue, the date, the guest profile, and the level of publicity. We assess the site, produce a security plan, and agree on staffing levels with you well before the day. Late changes are normal at events, and the plan is built to absorb them.
Who this is for
- Private celebrations where discretion matters
- Corporate functions, launches, and shareholder meetings
- Events with attending public figures
- Venues requiring a licensed operator on site
Working with us
Personnel are briefed on the guest list and the tone of the event. At most private functions the intention is that guests notice hospitality, not security.
